“Sika Consulting provided an excellent learning experience for our staff team on a challenging topic for them: Crafting Career Goals and Personal Brand that Stands Out. • -Hilary G.

“Working with Kemarah at Sika Consulting was honestly the best leadership support I have ever received. From the very beginning, she was incredibly easy to talk to. Thoughtful, grounded, and kind, she created a space where I felt both supported and challenged. She asked questions that pushed me in positive ways and made me really examine how I communicate and lead. Our conversations often went deeper than I expected. What I thought would be practical, surface-level discussions turned into meaningful reflection that shifted how I approach situations and people. I walked away from our time together more self-aware, more confident, and clearer in how I want to show up as a leader. I am truly grateful for the experience and would recommend Kemarah without hesitation.”

  • -Anonymous

“I worked with Kemarah only for a few sessions in 2024. However, in the very first session, she listened to my perspective and gave me space to air my grievances. She quickly built a foundation of trust and used our sessions to challenge my habits, enabling me to grow awareness and be a more mindful communicator in and out of the workplace.”

  • -Andre W.

“Working with Sika Consulting has been a major highlight in my career development. When I started, there was a lot of ambiguity in my purpose and vision. Through these sessions, I have become a more confident, thoughtful, and purpose-driven leader.”

  • -Warda Z.

“I had the opportunity to work closely with Kemarah individually in my role as HR Manager, as well as alongside my team in group sessions. She is engaging and enjoyable to work with, making you look forward to each session. Kemarah demonstrates a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to her clients success. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her services.”

  • -Danielle J.

“Sika Consulting has been an invaluable thought partner. I deeply appreciate having a space where I can think out loud, brainstorm, and work through complex challenges without needing to arrive with a fully formed answer. The facilitative approach—asking thoughtful, probing questions rather than prescribing solutions—has helped me clarify my thinking and lead with greater intention. What sets Sika apart is the ability to draw from experience across multiple sectors and apply that perspective to help me think bigger picture. And on a personal level, it has meant a great deal to work one-on-one with a woman of color who understands the nuances of different workplace dynamics and can offer grounded, culturally aware insight and advice.”
